TGIF

 I just reread my post from yesterday and I haven't even thought about those thoughts from yesterday.. So overall a good day.

 I made it through the day yesterday that includes sales training at work, horrible traffic driving to gym, spin class and then dinner with my uncle in Old town.. It was a long day, but I made it through with eating good and going to the gym. I actually already went to the gym this morning too before work around 4.30 this morning. It always feels so god to get it over with in the morning and to not have to worry about it the rest of the day. today was also the weight in and I was down another 1.6 pounds for a total of 5 pounds.. I really feel like the new weight watchers points program is really going to be my final weight loss journey and I am really excited about it.

Tomorrow, I am headed to the gym in the morning for an early spin class then off on a private plane to Catalina for lunch.. Please do think I am that loaded.. It is a friends boyfriend who is trying to impress her friends. That is defiantly a good start!! I will make sure to take a ton of pics and finally start sharing some pics on my blog!

Best part of today is tomorrow is Friday

So I don't really like to wine a lot.. but today is one of those days... I know many of you that are single in your late 20's feel the same way.. and for some reason today that feeling has intensified today... I feel like everyone is passing me by in so many aspects.. Friends are getting married, getting engaged, getting new jobs and buying houses.. I know that eventually all those things will be mine, but today it just feels like it will never happen!!!!! I am going to try to get through the day without eating the day away and stay true to weight watchers.. Maybe these are the kind of tests I need to prove that I am strong enough to do anything...

Anyways, had pasta night at Longboards last night for my roomies birthday and managed to still stay within my points for the day. I ended up eating my Cesar salad and only eating half of my pasta and taking the rest home for another meal.. Tonight, I am going to spin then having dinner with my uncle in old town. Going to try to keep my points low through the day, so I will be good for tonight.. We will see..

Hopefully tomorrow will bring a better day!!!

Fun Friday!!!

He did Flake!!! I never understand why guys flake, But oh well done with him!!

SOOOOO Lets start with yesterday... I was really craving a cheese burger, but instead of giving into temptation I decide to make my own. I went to the store during lunch and bought meat and lettuce instead of buns.. Decided to buy extra meat and make burgers and freeze them for later. I am very happy with my decision because I didn't use too many weight watcher points and was very satisfied with my dinner. I also went to the gym and got my but kicked at the gym in spin! but it felt great and I feel myself getting more and more motivated to do this everyday!!! YEAH!!!

After dinner, we watched Jersey Shore... let me tell you it did not disappoint! This show is awesome!! My favorite part of the show was watching them choose rooms and as soon as I could tell that Mike was going to get stuck with Sammy and Ronnie, I knew there was going to be some Drama!!! I don't know why they would want to have someone else in there room anyways. They are in for a treat when Mike brings home a girl to smush... Should make for an interesting storyline.

So the big first weigh in was this morning and I lost.... DRUMROLL... 3.2 pounds. Not a bad way to start the morning. After that I went to the gym and got in about 40 minutes of cardio before work. I really need to start every Friday this way. Hope I can keep it up!

I am so excited tomorrow is Saturday, Expect I told a guy I would work for him tomorrow morning, but he is paying me 40 dollars, so a little extra money for working a mere 2 hours. After that we are having a BBQ at my house for a friend who is moving to Brazil for a few months!!! Sunday, will me Lifetime movie day and getting ready for the week.

Almost Friday...

So I am excited about a few things today and nervous about one.. Excited One: Jersey Shore Starts tonight. Excited Two: Tomorrow is Friday, which means the weekend and no work.. YEAH!!!! Nervous one: My first weight in is tomorrow, lets hope it goes well...  I am supposed to have a dinner date with a boy tonight, but the guy is pretty flaky, so we will see.... I will fill you in on the details tomorrow and my weekend plans!!

So last night I got back to the gym and had a great workout, but the downside of the new year is there are a million people at the gym.. I think people who go all year deserve a VIP pass... I am all for people trying to get it shape, but I am ready to weed out the people that will not be there for the long run. Well not much from me today in any of my goals, but I promise to update them this weekend..

Day three

I am feeling 100% better today then yesterday... I haven't really done much on my goal planning for year, but I do plan on getting a ton done over the next few weeks.

I didn't do too much last night except for sleep and try to beat this bug I have. Tonight, I plan on going to spin and then Body pump. Going to get back into working out this week.

Here is my food Jounal for the day so far....

Breakfast:
Apple Juice: 6 points
Low sugar oatmeal: 3 points

Lunch:
Campbell's Minestrone Soup- 6
Bananna- 0

Dinner:
Salad with Dressing: 3

Day two and sick as a dog....

Yesterday, I forgot to mention I joined weightwatchers to help me with my weight loss goals. Over the next week, I am going to figure out how I am going to meet my goals and I will share with you what my plans are.

WEIGHT LOSS GOAL!
Started weightwatchers yesterday and am doing pretty good with the points things. In the next few days I will post what I eat to keep everyone informed on what I am eating.  I didn't end up making it to the gym last night because I didn't feel well. I am going to try tonight depending on how I feel.

HAVE A GREAT TUESDAY!!

Breakfast:
2 Packets of cream of wheat- 5 points
1/2 cup 1% milk- 1.5
2 teaspoons of sugar- 1.5

Lunch
Grilled Cheese- 3 points

Dinner:
Chicken noodle soup- 4 points
1/2 egg(added into soup)- 1 point
Crackers: 2 Points
Fresh Pineapple: 0 points( going to buy some more today) It was so good.

Total: 17... A little less then I would like to be, but it is not helping being sick.


P.S. I get a total of 29 points per day.

Today is the day!!

Today is the day that I stop losing and gaining weight and start working my way out of debt! This will help me through the journey of many changes in my life this year..

1. The biggest is turning the BIG 30!!!
2. Getting to a healthy weight between 135-140 and staying there throughout the year!
3. Becoming almost Debt free ( might not be able to get there this year, but ready to start trying)!!!

I am going to need help from everyone to get me through the next year and I cannot wait to meet many new friends through out the journey that can help me get to where I want to be!!
